Step:1 There will be two options which users are required to choose from –’Select Outlook File’ and ‘Find Outlook File.’ In case users are sure about exact location of PST file, they need to click ‘Select Outlook File’ else they need to opt for ‘Find Outlook File’to locate the PST file.
Step:2 Users are required to Search for the drive location from the ‘Look in’ drop down where. click on ‘Look in’ button to accomplish this task.
Step:3 It will search all the folders and subfolder and finally it will display all the PST files in the ‘Find Results’ section. Now users need to Select the PST file which you wish to repair and click ‘Start’.
Step:4 After selecting the pst files select ‘Scan Now’ button to start repair process depending upon the size of the pst files.
Step:5 After this, the repaired PST file items (folders) will be shown in left side tree as Outlook mail preview window. You can browse and check every item of the mailbox by selecting the folder.
Step:6 Now all you need to do is to Select any folder which is to be recovered and then click ‘Saved Repaired File’ button from the File menu. The file format as PST is to be selected from the multiple saving options.
Step:7 The current status of saved file is displayed as status bar.
Step:8 Now the repaired File has been saved at the desired location.
